	Big Daddy's serves not just bar b que, but some of the BEST bar b que you will find in the Des Moines area, and we have a few good bbq restaurants in the area. The sauces go all the way from mild to wild. If you think you have the stomach, try his Emergency Room sauce. It requires a waiver to be signed before eating...and it has sent a couple to the ER for stomach pumping.
